From April 1, 2010 to July 1, 2018, domestic migration or out-migration left the Empire State with 1.2 million fewer inhabitants, though foreign immigration cushioned the loss. We want to stay, but it is a struggle for many because of the County and State tax burden.  Out-migration matters because we will lose clout in Washington – losing congressional seats and federal funding.  Keep NY Strong. Vote Republican.
